Each tank is removable and not mounted in any way to the rack. The only thing that has to be disconnected and capped is the misting line. All tanks are gravity drained and water is caught into a funnel as it falls from the draining spout, allowing the tank to be freely removed. All 10 funnels are drained into house plumbing. This is a 90 gal diamond shaped tank. Features 7 deluxe misting nozzles. The high humidity in this tank has exploaded the growth of java moss.
Java moss grows best when it is regularly misted. The nice thing is that you cannot over water it, as it is an aquatic plant.
A group of Dendrobates azureus lives and breeds in this tank.
Constant high humidity and misting mimics the rainy season and really puts the frogs in the mood. End result, a nice batch of eggs.
Mushrooms routinely grow in this tank. Too bad they only last a few days.
